1. About BottleStory

BottleStory provides custom-branded packaged water bottles for cafés, events, and businesses.

All water used in our bottles is sourced from certified and licensed water purification plants, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met before packaging.

Our goal is to deliver premium-quality bottled water that professionally represents your brand.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the website under parental supervision.
  • You will provide accurate and complete information while placing your order.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are described as accurately as possible.
  • Minor variations in color, label design, or cap type may occur due to production or lighting differences.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website or authorized communication channels.
  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay or other approved gateways.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect address, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are usually delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries are currently available only in nearby regions within India.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, transport, or operational reasons.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the wrong product was delivered compared to what was ordered.
  • Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Once verified, refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours or once processing begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

8. Liability

  • BottleStory is not responsible for delays or damage caused during transportation by third-party couriers.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

9. Quality Assurance

All water is packaged under strict hygiene conditions and sourced from government-certified plants that meet BIS and FSSAI standards.

Each batch is tested to ensure it meets purity and safety requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, images, and website content are the property of BottleStory.

Any reproduction, imitation, or misuse without written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your information is collected only for order processing and communication purposes.

We do not share your data with any unauthorized third parties.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Orders are delivered within 7–15 business days depending on your location.
  • Deliveries are currently limited to nearby regions within India and will expand soon.
  • Every bottle is filled using purified water from certified plants, sealed in hygienic conditions, and checked for quality before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email with tracking details.
  • In case of unavoidable delays due to weather or logistics, we’ll keep you informed.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is different from the one ordered.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at bottlestoryyy@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • We do not accept returns for used or custom-branded bottles.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After that period, processing begins and cancellation will not be possible.
  • To cancel your order, email bottlestoryy@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.
