3. Customization and Approval

Customers are responsible for verifying and approving all designs before production. Once confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be possible.

4. Product Variations

Due to printing and material limitations, minor color or size variations may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.

All logos, designs, and branding provided by clients remain their property. Bottle Story’s branding, website visuals, and promotional content remain the property of Bottle Story and cannot be reused without permission.
